Natural Health Africa (formerly Nigeria Natural Health Online)  www.kimekwu.com is Africa's first independent, all-practitioners online natural health platform. Ever since its inception in 2008, the platform has come to be the foremost independent porter on the African Natural Health Industry incorporating herbal, traditional and alternative medicine as well as mother and child, fitness, the environment, wellness, food and nutrition amongst others.

Our Mission And Vision

Natural Health Africa was birthed to publish, market and distribute herbal products within and across Africa as well as the entire globe. Amongst other things. the overall aim of the platform is to: 
1.      To promote natural and alternative health products from both the local and international industries through blog publications. 

2.      To project the rich herbal/natural health products in Africa and the world in general and bring the local practitioners to a global limelight. 

3.      To publicize new inventions and international research findings and bring these to the notice of local practitioners in order to bring the local industry to global standards

4.      To organize periodic seminars/other events where topical issues surrounding African natural/alternative health industry, are addressed by stakeholders in the industry.

5.      To provide an online market platform where buyers and sellers of herbal/natural/alternative health products, irrespective of where they come from, can meet to evolve a more vibrant industry.

6.       To provide a physical distribution network across Africa where sellers of both local and foreign natural/herbal products can make their products available to consumers in the continent.

Over the years, the readership has grown rapidly and now runs into hundreds of thousands of pageviews. Our readers cut across countries and continents,  though most of them reside in African cities.

Recently, a South African broadcaster referred to Natural Health Africa as “one of the foremost Africa’s blogs on natural health”. The blog has also become a resource centre for health editors of most National dailies in Africa.
